Your account, or a decision you want looked at again
A closed account, a refused photograph, a held letter, a sign-in that will not work, or anything you think we got wrong. Write from the address you signed up with, so we know it is you, and say what happened. We would rather undo a wrong decision than defend it.
The address for this is not set up on this deployment yet, so today there is no route. We would rather say so than pretend. It is the first thing the owner adds before anybody outside the house is invited in.

Where it felt lovely, awkward or plain confusing. This is not about another person — it is about the place. A person reads every note.
Reporting somebody is a different thing
That is done from inside the conversation: every letters page has “Report this”. Reporting freezes the conversation and puts it, with the letters as evidence, in front of a person. They are never told a report exists. Blocking is there too, and needs no reason.
